Leptoplectus kijimunaa Jałoszyński & Nomura, 2021を沖縄島から記載。本属は琉球列島から知られていなかった。基準産地は轟之滝～道の駅 許田の国道58号沿いの道路脇から10mという、なんとも判り易い場所。
