Heterelmis comalensisという体長2ミリ程度の絶滅危惧種のモニタリングのためのマーキングとサンプリングの方法。マーキングは油性マジックを使いサンプリングは”cotton cloth lure”。
結果としてマーキングは全然だめでリキャプチャー率は1%未満。サンプリングは効果的にかつ定量的にできるので”cotton cloth lure”は本種には有効であると書かれている。
マーキングできるのならすごいと思ったが、やっぱり駄目だったか、という感想。
