カブトムシの大顎基部にギアのようなinterlocking systemがあり、maxillaeとも連動していそうだ、という内容のようだ。面白そうだが、まだきちんと読んでない。 これまで類似の報告が無かったのか、どうしてこの雑誌なのか、というところが現段階の疑問。
