1990年にコナジラミの一種Aleurodicus dispersusの天敵として新大陸起源のNephaspis indus Gordon, 1996をハワイから台湾にいれ定着したという報告。年号から見ると、天敵として導入した際には未記載で別の種と勘違いされていたようだ。
